You may close your gempak88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and any remaining balance has been fully withdrawn.

Gempak88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
